So, I am not a fan of hot or cooked fruit of any kind... well, except for cherry pie, and only if it's served cold. Yes, I know I'm weird, but I wanted to have some kind of poached dessert. Poached Pears won out. I found the recipe for Port Poached Pears with Port Chocolate Sauce and thought it would be perfect. So you can find the recipe here.

Holy crap, that pear looks awesome! I'm not usually one for fruit desserts, but i do love port and chocolate, so why not?
